- Certifications (preferred): CISSP/CISM (one required), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor; plus CCSP/OSCP/ITIL v4.
Description
Launch and lead the Cyber Security business unit end-to-end, owning strategy, P&L, team leadership, and delivery. Drive growth with high energy, accountability, and client trust across the GCC.
Responsibilities
- Define BU strategy, annual plan, pricing, and own P&L (revenue, margin, utilization).
- Build service portfolio (advisory/GRC, ISO 27001, SOC/MDR, IR, offensive/cloud security).
- Stand up and mature operations (SOC processes, SLAs, MTTD/MTTR, playbooks).
- Lead pre-sales and solutioning; oversee proposals, RFPs, SOWs, commercials.
- Govern risk and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001), manage audits and improvements.
- Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team; set targets and coaching plans.
- Establish OEM/partner alliances; drive joint GTM and certifications.
- Engage C-level clients; run QBRs, roadmaps, and escalations.
